Moray Housing Partnership Limited will strive to meet the following aims
and objectives:
AIMS
- Add to the provision of quality affordable rented housing in Moray
- Address the Key priorities identified in the Local Housing Strategy
and the Grampian Housing Market Context Statement.
- Assist The Moray Council in addressing homelessness in Moray.
- Become an active partner in Community Planning.
- Work with the Council in targeting regeneration and sustainability.
- Complement development activity undertaken by others in Moray.
OBJECTIVES
- Help those in greatest need
- Operate fair and equitable policies and practices
- Stimulate and encourage tenant participation
- Help sustain fragile rural communities
- Improve the physical and social environment
- Continuously improve the quality and value of services
- Work in partnership with other local and national agencies.
In fulfilling the above objectives MHP aims to provide and manage good
quality affordable homes for the people of Moray and to assist in the
prevention of social exclusion.
