- Administration of Housing List
- Allocation of houses
- Participation in development of Common Housing Register
Housing Management
The Housing Management Team provide advice and information on housing
related topics. They also provide the following services:-
- Allocation of empty properties
- Mutual Exchanges
- Transfers
- Void Management
- Liaising with Local Authority over Nominations
- Rent collection
- Arrears Management
- Dealing with tenant complaints / Neighbour Disputes.
- Liaise with other agencies (i.e. Police, Social Work, Occupational
Therapists, Support Agencies &Housing providers)
- Support Tenants Groups
